    Lead a residential or cultural project from concept through to site, with a small team and direct access to the partners.

    Develop interiors and bespoke joinery alongside the material library, working closely with makers.

02 — The week

03 — How we hire

Four steps,
no riddles.

No unpaid test projects, no eight-round processes, and no silence.

  1. Send work, not a cover letter

    A portfolio, a drawing set, or one project explained properly. We read every submission ourselves.

  2. A conversation, in the studio

    An hour with both partners, in the material library. Bring something you are proud of and something that went wrong.

  3. A paid day on a live problem

    You work on a real project question with the team. We pay for the day whatever happens next.

  4. An answer within a week

    Yes or no, with reasons. Nobody should have to chase us.
